I am a full time professional Real Estate Agent. I am educated in the legal aspects of real estate practice
and licensed by the State of Utah to provide real estate services. As a member of both the Utah and National Associations
of Realtors(R). I earn my living by serving the needs of home buyers and home sellers with integrity.
Skilled Service.
A large part of my work is performed "behind the scenes"; previewing homes, researching
comparable sales, gaining market knowledge, evaluating changing legislations and maintaining my professional credentials.
I am constantly acquiring informaition that will help me serve you better. I have access to every home that is placed on the
market, including most of the "For Sale by Owners" and Forclosures.
How I am Compensated.
I
am not paid a traditional salary: I work entirely on commission, which I receive only if I initiate and complete a transaction
for you. I am compensated only when all of your needs have been satisfied and you take ownership of your new home. All of
the services I provide are uncompensated unless you purchase/sell a home through me. Real Estate commissions are traditionally
paid from the seller's proceeds at the close of the escrow.
Your commitment to me.
I
will invest substantial time and effort in locating your home and will represent you with unequalled integrity through the
purchase/sell or both of that home. In return, I am requesting your loyalty -- a commitment that you will work with me, esclusively
for the next 30 to 60 days it may take in selecting and purchasing a home, or finding buyers to sell your home.

If you see any home that interests you, ask me about it. Whether
it is advertised by sign, in the newspaper, magazine, a "For Sale By Owner", listed with another Realtor or not even on the
market -- I am able to best represent you in the pursuit of the property.
If you have any questions about how I work, please ask. Our professional relationship is critical to the
successful purchase or sale of your home.
International Relocation.
Because Remax
is a world wide company, it allows me to also locate and qualify an agent for you in all other states of the U.S.A. and all
other countries across the globe. This we call a referral which allows still some compensation from the agent that closes
the sale or purchase of your home. This will provide you with a more educated and qualified agent whom I have chosen of five
top agents I interview. Many times great agents don't have time for more work tying up loose ends with other contracts. Interviewing
I can find out who can best serve you providing the time and communication you will require to fit your personal needs. If
some one asks how business is going, I say it is good, but there is always time for you, your friends and your family. Please
feel that I am your friend. Even if it is fiends or family wanting to move from another state. I can initiate the procuring
cause to get things rolling to the noble ameican dream of their own home as quickly and painless as possible. "It's the experience!"
